PURPOSE: A camera device, a camera system, and a control device are provided to digitalize an operation such as tilt or zoom. CONSTITUTION: A first image obtaining unit obtains first image for the control of a first area within an image. A second image obtaining unit obtains second image for the control of a second area. A control unit(204) controls the mechanical motion of a camera unit(102) based on first information. An image processing unit(203) obtains the image of the first area from the entire image. The image processing unit extracts the image of the second area based on second information. |
