<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sintered ore and a sintering machine, with which temperature raising on the surface layer part of a sintering raw material layer can effectively be performed and the improvement of a production yield of the sintered ore can be achieved. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the sintered ore includes: a charging step of charging the sintering raw material into a sintering pallet 13 to form the sintering raw material layer M; an ignition step of igniting the sintering raw material layer M in the sintering pallet 13 in an ignition furnace 16; a sintering step of sucking air from the lower side of the sintering pallet 13 carried out from the ignition furnace 16, thereby shifting a burning zone from the upper-part side to the lower-part side of the sintering raw material layer M, and producing a sintered cake S; and an ore discharging step of discharging the sintered cake S from the sintering pallet 13 transferred to an ore discharging part 18. The method also includes, in the section where the sintering pallet 13 is conveyed from the ignition furnace 16 to the ore discharging part 18, a water spraying step for spraying water to the sintering raw material layer M in the sintering pallet 13, and a liquid fuel spraying step for spraying a liquid fuel to the water-sprayed sintering raw material layer M. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
