摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a temperature compensated piezoelectric oscillator which compensates for a piezoelectric vibrator presenting a third-order curve over a wide temperature range and is a compensation circuit suitable for IC. SOLUTION: The temperature compensated piezoelectric oscillator comprises: an oscillation circuit; a piezoelectric vibrator; and a first frequency temperature compensation circuit having first, second and third MOS capacitance elements. The first frequency temperature compensation circuit is a circuit connecting the second MOS capacitance element in parallel to a circuit connecting the first MOS capacitance element and the third MOS capacitance element in series. The temperature compensated piezoelectric oscillator supplies a reference voltage of which a voltage value is fixed, to a connecting point of one terminal of the first MOS capacitance element and one terminal of the second MOS capacitance element, supplies a first control voltage to a connecting point of another terminal of the first MOS capacitance element and one terminal of the third MOS capacitance element, and supplies a second control voltage to a connecting point of another terminal of the third MOS capacitance element and another terminal of the second MOS capacitance element.
