<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrospinning nonwoven fabric production apparatus having high productivity and capable of stably forming fine fibers. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus, a high voltage is applied between a spinneret 1 for allowing a polymer to flow out and an electrode 4 disposed so as to face the spinneret 1, so that the polymer is formed into fibers in the course of flying toward the electrode 4 in a jet form. The spinneret 1 includes a nozzle array 3A including a plurality of nozzles 3 through which the polymer flows out. The electrode 4 is disposed parallel to the nozzle array 3A, and the size of the electrode 4 in the lengthwise direction of the nozzle array 3A is at least equal to or longer than the length of the nozzle array 3A. In addition, the apparatus includes a gas flow device 5 for blowing a gas flow from the side against the polymer flying in a jet form so as to deflect the flying direction of the polymer and a fiber accumulation device 7 on which the polymer deflected by the gas flow device 5 is deposited and accumulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
