<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which facilitates the assembly work while securing good waterproofness. <P>SOLUTION: A grommet comprises: a grommet body 21; an inner plate 31 attached between a flat plate part 24 and an outer part 22 of the grommet body 21; a clamp 34 provided at the inner plate 31 and protruding from an insertion hole 28, which is formed at the flat plate part 24, to engage with a fix hole 19 formed at an end surface plate 17 of a door panel 15; and a seal part 27 provided so as to enclose an opening 25 in the flat plate part 24 of the grommet body 21 and firmly attached to the end surface plate 17 of the door panel 15 with the fix hole 19 engaged with the clamp 34 to seal a wiring place of a wire harness 13.
