PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplication-proof printed matter which can inhibit duplication of a printed image simply and certainly and a printing machine which creates the duplication-proof printed matter. SOLUTION: This duplication-proof printed matter has a duplication-proof sheet, which does not transmit a visible light to be incident perpendicularly and selectively transmits the visible light to be incident in the oblique direction, pasted to a region where the inhibition of duplication of the printed matter is desired.
