PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fine particle capable of manufacturing crystal polymorphic substances of fine particle by using solvent. SOLUTION: In a process of forming a droplet of providing a fine closed space, the droplet 15 which is discharged from an ejection means 14 and provides the fine closed space is formed by using a starting solution 13. In a process of producing the fine particle made of the polymorphic substances, the droplet 15 is brought into contact with a medium 16 kept at a high temperature, a solvent 12 constituting the droplet 15 is instantaneously vaporized and removed, and the crystal polymorphic substance included in the droplet 15 is crystallized in the fine particulate state to provide a fine particle 17 of the crystal polymorphic substances.
