PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the transmittance of a window layer by filling a reflection preventing part having an appropriate refractive index between loads. CONSTITUTION: A back surface electrode layer(200) is arranged on a substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the back surface electrode layer. A window layer(500) is arranged on the light absorption layer. A window layer includes a plurality of loads which is arranged on the light absorption layer. The loads are transparent and extended to an upper direction. |
