SOLUTION: The system for using stored value data in an electronic transaction includes: at least one network; at least one data storage area connected to the network to store information about a data subject; at least one stored value data server connected to the network to prepare the stored value data for the data subject; at least one value exchange server for applying the stored value data to a transaction created by the data subject; at least one data subject network communication device (NCD) connected to the network to enable the data subject to execute a transaction on the network; and at least one data receiver computer connected to the network to receive data about the data subject executing the transaction on the network.
