<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation device which can magnify a sound pressure level of an output and miniaturize the device. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation device 100 comprises a first piezoelectric vibrator 10 and a second piezoelectric vibrator 20 which have laminated piezoelectric substances 12 and 22 polarized in the thickness direction and vibration members 13 and 23, and which respectively oscillate supersonic waves by vertical vibration due to application of an electric field. Further, the second piezoelectric vibrator 20 is positioned in front in the oscillation direction of the first piezoelectric vibrator 10 and has an opening 24 for passing the supersonic waves oscillated by the first piezoelectric vibrator 10. A third piezoelectric vibrator 30 is positioned further in front of the second piezoelectric vibrator 20 along the axial direction AX.
