A treadmill system is provided to measure heart rate as well as arterial oxygen saturation while exercising, and to obtain the measurement data to the user in real time mode. A treadmill system(100) comprises a pulse oximeter(150), a data receiving part(160), a display part(170), and a data storage part(190). The pulse oximeter includes a measurement sensor(154) which is attached to the forehead or lobe of a user to measure heart rate and arterial oxygen saturation during exercise, and a data transmission part(152) which transmits measurement data to the data receiving part installed in the main body of the treadmill system. Data transmission between the data transmission part and the data receiving part is achieved by a bluetooth type radio data transmission/receiving method.
