<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a photoreceptor drum while aligning the center of the photoreceptor drum with the center of a shaft that transmits drive, with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An inner periphery part 1g as a flange-side fitting part for centering is provided upstream in a shaft 1c insertion direction of tapered serrations 1f as a flange-side locking part. An outer periphery part 1j as a shaft-side fitting part for centering is provided upstream in the shaft 1c insertion direction of tapered serrations 1i as a shaft-side locking part. The diameter of the inner periphery part 1g as a flange-side fitting part is larger than that of the tapered serrations 1f as a flange-side locking part.
