A method, a system, and a terminal for selectively denying transfer of a use right are provided to selectively deny the transfer of the use right by making a user, who receives the user right through a use right issuer, check a source of the received use right from device information and a user message. A first device transmits a message for transferring a system and terminal use right. A use right issuer transmits a message responding to the request message to the first device, generates the use right, and transmits first information to a second device. A second device transmits a message for denying transfer of the use right to the use right issuer. |
