FIELD: motors and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: dust-exhausting plant includes dust-laden air supply pipeline, sleeve filter, dust hopper with flood gate, clean air discharge pipeline and fan. Sleeve filter comprises a filter body, filtering sleeves, hopper for dust collection and dust separation and unloading unit. The latter contains magnetic system of non-magnetic and ferromagnetic dust particle separation and particle discharge chute provided with flood gate. In addition, dust hopper is separated into two parts for collecting non-magnetic and ferromagnetic particles. Each part of dust hopper is provided with flood gate and local throttling valve having electrical drive. There is an air pressure sensor in each part of hopper. Dust level meters are installed along hopper height at equal distance from each other. There outputs are coupled with control unit inputs. Ferromagnetic and non-magnetic particle discharge chutes are connected with the corresponding part of dust hopper and made of diamagnetic material. The local suction unit in each hopper part is linked with sleeve filter inlet having outlet connected with fan suction nozzle, equipped with rotation frequency regulator. Control unit outputs are coupled with electrical drives of throttling valves and fan rotation frequency regulator. ^ EFFECT: reduced operational cost for dust-exhausting system due to air flow rate control taken from dust hopper and effective separation of entrained dust into ferromagnetic and non-magnetic fractions. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
