<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding device capable of reducing a possibility of breakage of a work or an article to be welded, and also reducing a possibility of breakage of a horn. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic welding device 1 is a device for welding a work W and an article A to be welded by an ultrasonic vibration while pinching the work W and the article A to be welded with a horn 10 and an anvil 20. The horn 10 includes an input member 11 for inputting a vibration of an axial direction, a slit member 12 in which slits 12a obliquely extending to the axial direction are formed so as to convert the vibration F1 of the axial direction inputted into the input member 11 to the vibration F1 of the axial direction and a vibration F2 of a torsional direction, and a transmission member 13 for transmitting the vibration F1 of the axial direction and the vibration F2 of the torsional direction converted by the slit member 12 to the work W. The input member 11, the slit member 12, and the transmission member 13 are integrally formed, and the anvil 20 is movable to a direction permitting the vibration of the axial direction from the horn 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
