The invention relates to a refrigerator having a housing comprising a door having a rotatable handle in the form of a lever, wherein the lever comprises a first arm used by hand in order to open the door, and a slider pressing on the housing. The door further comprises a bearing element guiding the second arm, said arm being connected to the first arm by means of a rotational joint. The slider is slidingly mounted on the side of the door and the handle device pivotally connected to the slider actuates the slider or the second arm. The pivot joint allows the handle device to pivot relative to the door between an open and a closed position. |
