PURPOSE: An accident analyzing system is provided to improve a merchantable quality and reduce costs because circumstances are investigated without an installation of a black-box and a monitoring camera when a collision is occurred. CONSTITUTION: An accident analyzing system comprises a sensor unit(10), a controlling unit(100), and an accident analyzing unit(200). The sensor unit is installed to the front of vehicles. The controlling unit storages and manages information about an accident when the sensor unit senses a collision. The accident analyzing unit gathers information about the accident after a while from the collision, and compares and analyzes information about when the investigation is launched and crash information about when an accident occurs by connecting with the controlling unit.
