PURPOSE: A mobile communication system with an advertisement display function using webpage loading time and a control method thereof are provided to receive an advertisement during waiting time for loading a web page in advance and display the advertisement on a terminal of a subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A packet gateway server(3) is installed in a mobile communication network system. When a mobile communication terminal accesses an Internet site using a dedicated web browser, the packet gateway server manages location measuring information and a location registering service of a corresponding terminal. The packet gateway server controls the services of the mobile communication network system. An advertisement server(4) selects an advertisement suitable for terminal subscriber information from a DB. The advertisement server transmits the selected advertisement to the terminal before a web page is displayed and stores the advertisement.
