<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output value prediction method and apparatus, and a program for the method which are capable of obtaining a prediction value with a high prediction accuracy when using historical performance data that misses a data value(s). <P>SOLUTION: An output value prediction device Sa generates the number of copies of a piece of partial-item un-measured historical performance data which includes items of un-measured data having no values, the aforementioned number corresponding to the number of plural all-items measured historical performance data which have data values for all items; complements the data values of the un-measured historical performance data with the data values of the data items corresponding to the item un-measured historical performance data in the plural all-items measured historical performance data on each of the copied partial-item un-measured historical performance data in which the partial-item un-measured historical performance data is copied; and predicts an output value corresponding to an object data to be predicted based on the plural all-items measured historical performance data and the plural copied partial-item un-measured historical performance data, and acquires a prediction value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
