PURPOSE: An intra prediction encoding apparatus is provided to reduce an additional signal by encoding the difference of an intra prediction encoding mode. CONSTITUTION: A prediction mode decoding unit(230) decodes an intra prediction mode of a present prediction unit. A reference pixel generating unit(240) restores a reference pixel of the present prediction unit. The reference pixel generating unit filters the reference pixel. A prediction block post-processing unit(260) filters the generated prediction block from a prediction block generating unit(250). An image restoring unit(270) generates a restoring image by using the restored residual block. |
