PURPOSE: A solid-state imaging device, a driving method thereof, and an electronic apparatus are provided to increase power by appropriately applying a voltage to an electrochromic film. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor substrate(10) has a light receiving surface in which a photoelectric transformation part is formed. An electrochromic film(16) is formed on the semiconductor substrate. The electrochromic film is changed from first transmittance into second transmittance in response to an applied voltage. A bottom electrode(15) is formed in a lower part of the electrochromic film. An upper electrode(17) is formed in an upper part of the electrochromic film. |
