<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide at least one new anti-IL-12 antibody including isolated nucleic acids that encode at least one anti-IL-12 antibody, IL-12, vectors, host cells, transgenic animals or plants, and methods of making and using the same, including therapeutic compositions, methods and devices. <P>SOLUTION: The isolated anti-IL-12 antibody includes: a heavy chain complementarity determining region 1 (CDR1); a heavy chain complementarity determining region 2 (CDR2); a heavy chain complementarity determining region 3 (CDR3); a light chain complementarity determining region 1 (CDR1); a light chain complementarity determining region 2 (CDR2); and a light chain complementarity determining region 3 (CDR3) having specific amino acid sequences. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
