PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transgenic plant in which the yield nature of a desired function component is improved.

SOLUTION: There are disclosed: a transgenic plant which has introduced a polynucleotide which encodes a target protein, and a polynucleotide which encodes a nitrogen transporter; a method of cultivating the transgenic plant; a production method of a seed of the transgenic plant which includes growing the transgenic plant and collecting the seed; an expression vector which includes a polynucleotide which encodes a target protein and a polynucleotide which encodes a nitrogen transporter; and a set of an expression vector which includes a polynucleotide which encodes the target protein and an expression vector which includes a polynucleotide which encodes a nitrogen transporter.
