<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax an influence on peripheral processing by an access concentration on a portion. <P>SOLUTION: A basket server 10 includes: a receiving section 12 for receiving request information about merchandise purchase including at least one between a store ID for identifying a store and a merchandise ID for identifying merchandise; a counting section 15 for recognizing at least one between the store ID and the merchandise ID included in the received request information as a key, and counting the number of receiving times for each key; and an interrupting section 17 for executing, in the receiving section 12, processing for interrupting the reception of the request information including the key corresponding to the number of receiving times when the counted number of receiving times exceeds a predetermined threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
