<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat that can reliably and effectively reduce the impact to the body, neck, etc. of the occupant in a rear collision, by enlarging the occupant's body move more toward the rear of the vehicle in the rear collision. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle seat S includes: a seat back frame 1 provided with side frames 15; a pressure receiving member 20 connected to the seat back frame 1 through connection members 21, 22 and supporting the occupant; and an impact reducing member 30 which is provided to at least one of the side frames 15, is connected to the connection members 21, 22, and allows the pressure receiving member 20 to be moved rearward by a predetermined impact load applied to the pressure receiving member 20.
