<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrometric probe and a spectrometric system which have simple configurations and high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: A spectrometric system 1 includes: a first hollow light guide path 10 which has a first hollow part 100 and irradiates a sample with infrared light; a second hollow light guide path 20 which is disposed in parallel with the first hollow light guide path 10 and receives the infrared light penetrating the sample and reflected or scattered and has a second hollow part 200 propagating the infrared light; and a prism 30 which is attached to one end of the first hollow light guide path 10 and one end of the second hollow light guide path 20, which is disposed in parallel with the one end of the first hollow light guide path 10. The prism 30 has a sealing surface 300 sealing the first hollow part 100 and the second hollow part 200, a first reflecting surface 305 reflecting the infrared light emitted from the first hollow light guide path 10, and a second reflecting surface 310 causing the second hollow light guide path 20 to guide the infrared light reflected by the first reflecting surface 305. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
