<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make learning effectiveness higher than ever before. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic dictionary 1 comprises: a ROM 80 for storing a bilingual document content made by matching an original text and a translated text of the original text paragraph by paragraph; a CPU 20 for retrieving at least one of the original text and the translated text from the bilingual document content 84 and displaying the retrieved one; an input part 30 for accepting registration operation to a paragraph of displayed text from a user; and a workbook database 86 for storing a paragraph ID of paragraph subject to registration operation in an accumulating manner. The input part 30 accepts selecting operation from the user concerning one of the paragraph IDs stored in the workbook database 86. The CPU retrieves the original and translated texts for a paragraph corresponding to the selected paragraph ID from the bilingual document content 84 and uses a display part 40 to display them together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
