<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid dispenser for supplying a working fluid. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid dispenser includes a feed cylinder having a supplying piston, and the supplying piston is disposed in the feed cylinder so that the feed cylinder may be divided into a control space and a supply space. A control liquid is supplied to the control space at a predetermined control pressure (PS) level so that the working fluid supplied to the supplying space through an injection opening may be obtained at a discharge opening at a predetermined operating pressure (PA) level. A pressure relief unit is supplied so that the operating pressure of the working fluid may be modulated at the discharge opening depending on time in accordance with a predetermined scheme.
