<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine capable of efficiently reducing pressure in a seal space between seal members in a bearing chamber while maintaining a small distance between a rotor and a bearing for supporting a rotor shaft of the rotor. <P>SOLUTION: A high-pressure side first seal member 30 and a high-pressure side second seal member 31 for sealing a space between a rotor shaft 14 and a casing 11 are provided in a high-pressure side bearing chamber 16 in order from a rotor chamber 12 side with a space therebetween. A first diffusion space 37 which diffuses an object fluid entering from a high-pressure side first communication passage 35 so that pressure in the high-pressure side first seal space 33 is equal to or lower than the durable pressure of the high-pressure side second seal member 31 and which communicates with the outside of the casing 11 is provided at the other side of the high-pressure side first communication passage 35 continuous to, at one side, the high-pressure side first seal space 33 formed between the high-pressure side first seal member 30 and the high-pressure side second seal member 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
