<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety information providing system 1 capable of accurately providing conditions of a confirmation object person to a contact address. <P>SOLUTION: An obtaining section 25 obtains positional information when alarm information of emergency occurrence is distributed and the positional information of a terminal is sent from the terminal of the confirmation object person, and obtains input information when the input information is input into and sent from the terminal of the confirmation object person. An information deciding section 26 decides existence of the positional information and the input information, and creates safety information of the confirmation object person depending on the decided result.
