<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device for a vehicle capable of improving an aerodynamic characteristic of a torsion beam without causing damage of a closing body and without hindering twist of the torsion beam. <P>SOLUTION: Grooves 10d and 10e are provided on an upper surface on an opening side of the closing body 10.
