PURPOSE: An automatic foreign currency exchange commission withdrawing method using a foreign currency associated account, a device thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to automatically withdraw commissions due to foreign exchange dealings without a separate bill, thereby conveniently dealing with related works. CONSTITUTION: A contracted information receiving unit(210) receives contracted information for setting a foreign currency associated account. A foreign currency associated account managing unit(220) registers, releases, or inquires the foreign currency associated account. An foreign exchange dealings notifying unit(230) notifies information about commissions if the commissions are needed about foreign exchange dealings of a client.
