PURPOSE: A method for sending a message when a person reads document data is provided to immediately send a message related to a corresponding document to a registering person of the document if the document is read. CONSTITUTION: Link information of a document registering person is displayed together with document data if the document data is read. A message input window is displayed by selecting the link information wherein a message to be sent to the registering person is inputted through the window(102). Content inputted through the message input window is sent to the registering person by a transmission command(104). |
