PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install or exchange a structure for protecting an inner wall surface of a fuel pool.SOLUTION: A fuel storage facility includes: a fuel pool 132; a fuel storage rack 133 having a storage part 133a capable of inserting a fuel from above along a vertical direction and mounted on a floor surface 132a in the fuel pool 132; and a protection member 1 having an upper end part 1a supported and suspended by the fuel pool 132 and a lower end part 1b extending downward along the inner wall surface 132b of the fuel pool 132 arranged at an interval from the floor surface 132a of the fuel pool 132, and arranged at an interval from the fuel storage rack 133 in a direction separated from the inner wall surface 132 of the fuel pool 132, and arranged to be divided into a plurality of portions in a horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
