PURPOSE: A circulating current generating prevention system of a multiple earth extra-high voltage underground distribution line is provided to reduce circuit loss and increase a cable allowable current by establishing a concurrent neutral line. CONSTITUTION: A circulating current generating prevention system of a multiple earth extra-high voltage underground distribution line comprises power cables(21-23) and a concurrent neutral line(33). The power cables respectively comprises an insulated conductor and a concentric neutral line(31). The insulated conductor is connected to a power cable insulated conductor of a neighbor section. The concentric neutral line is opened as a state which does not connect to a power cable concentric neutral line of the neighbor section. The concurrent neutral line is connected to a concurrent neutral line of the neighbor section. One end of the power source side of each concentric neutral line is earthed or is connected to the concurrent neutral line.
