PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeding method capable of easily controlling inflow and outflow of a liquid in a minute reaction field.SOLUTION: A liquid feeding method is configured so that: a micro fluid device is used, in which the micro fluid device comprises a main body part 4 comprising a first inner wall face w1 forming a first space part S1, a second inner wall face w2 forming a second space part S2, and an inside face Y having one or more minute penetration holes T having a first opening Ta and a second opening Tb, and spatially connecting the first space part S1 and the second space part S2; a liquid Q is introduced to the first space part S1, then part of the liquid Q is flown from the first opening Ta into the minute penetration holes T; then, the liquid Q is discharged from the first space part S1 for forming a membrane M formed of the liquid Q on the first inner wall face w1; then, the part of the liquid Q is flown from the first openings Ta of the minute penetration hole T to the first space part S1, by tension of the membrane M and the part of the liquid Q which remains temporarily in the minute penetration holes T, following to a drying step of the membrane M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
