PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an excessive operation of a throttle valve.SOLUTION: An engine control device for controlling a throttle body 30 provided in an intake pipe 23 of an engine includes: a throttle valve 31 provided in the throttle body 30 to change an opening area of the intake pipe 23; a target opening area calculation section 53 for setting a target opening area Toa 1 of the intake pipe 23 on the basis of required torque Tte of the engine; a throttle control section 58 for controlling an operating position of the throttle valve 31 on the basis of the target opening area Toa 1; and a target opening area correction section 57 for suppressing operating speed of the throttle valve 31 on the basis of a torque difference ΔT between output torque TE and target torque Tte of the engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
