PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel compound having excellent heat resistance and volatilization resistance, having excellent compatibility with a resin component, and useful as an ultraviolet absorber, and a synthetic resin composition prepared with the compound.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a triazine compound represented by general formula (1), preferably a compound represented by general formula (2). The compound is blended in the amount of 0.001-20 pts.mass, as an ultraviolet absorber, with synthetic resin 100 pts.mass.
