<p>The lever (36) has an extension unit connecting a movable extension bar (40) to the lever and allowing the extension bar to automatically occupy an extended position in open position of the lever. The extension unit comprises an elastic unit exerting force on the extension bar to move and/or maintain the extension bar in the extended position, where the elastic unit is an extension spring, a torsion spring or a compression spring.
