PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve conductivity of a semiconductor film obtained by converting a precursor film; arrange an organic film between an electrode and an organic semiconductor to reduce contact resistance between the electrode and a semiconductor layer; and consequently provide an ink composition for an electronic device capable of obtaining electrical property with high performance and improved contact resistance, an electronic device and a field effect transistor using the ink composition, and a method of manufacturing the ink composition.SOLUTION: An ink composition for an electronic device contains at least &pgr;-electron conjugated compound precursor, a dopant of the &pgr;-electron conjugated compound precursor, and a solvent that dissolves the &pgr;-electron conjugated compound precursor and the dopant. |
