PURPOSE: A modified siloxane polymer compostion is provided to obtain the stability of the emitting device by increasing crack resistance maintaining heat resistance and light resistance and to improving processability by reducing sticky. CONSTITUTION: A modified siloxane polymer compostion comprises a modified siloxane polymer, and a siloxane polymer with network structure. The modified siloxane polymer comprises: a cyclic siloxane part in which a plurality of Si-O bodes is connected to cyclic type; a substituted or non-substituted linear siloxane part connected to the Si of the cyclic siloxane part through a C2-10 alkylene group; and a carbon-carbon double bond part in both ends. The average molecular weight of the modified siloxane polymer is 500-30,000.
