PURPOSE: Aluminum alloy for reinforcing Cu-Mn complete solid solution and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the entire weight by being applied to the piston of diesel engine and the parts of an aircraft. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aluminum alloy for reinforcing Cu-Mn complete solid solution comprises next steps. First aluminum alloy containing a first amount of Cu-Mn complete solid solution is provided. The first aluminum alloy is put in aluminum molten-metal. The aluminum molten-metal is cast to manufacture second aluminum alloy. The second aluminum alloy has a second amount of Cu-Mn complete solid solution, which is less than the first amount. The step of providing the first aluminum alloy comprises next steps. Cu and Mn are put in the first aluminum molten-metal, and the first aluminum molten-metal is cast.
