<p>PURPOSE: A three dimensional inspection system of an electronic circuit is provided to simplify displacements and to be suitable for in-line processing of the electronic circuits. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional inspection system of an electronic circuit comprises a photographing system and two projectors(24). The photographing system is located on a scene of a plane which is defined by a first direction(X) and a second direction(Y). The photographing system comprises a plurality of digital cameras(22). A plurality of digital cameras respectively includes an orthogonal array of pixels. Each optic shaft of a plurality of digital cameras inclines as a first angle about a third direction which is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. The two projectors are formed on a same plane with a straight line interconnecting optical centers.</p> |
