PURPOSE: A hydraulic cutting machine having a curved cutting blade for a manhole block and a construction method for a manhole using the same are provided to cut a block in the inner or outer diameter shape of a manhole and to fill an air gap between the block and the manhole with a resin mortar layer. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for a manhole using a hydraulic cutting machine having a curved cutting blade for a manhole block is as follows. Inner blocks(20) are installed inside a manhole(100). An inner diameter frame is installed by measuring a distance the manhole and the inner blocks. Cut parts of the inner blocks are marked using a pen. Outer blocks are installed outside the manhole. An outer diameter frame is installed by measuring a distance the manhole and the outer blocks. Cut parts of the outer blocks are marked using the pen. The marked cut parts of the outer blocks are cut using a hydraulic cutting machine.
