PURPOSE: An anti-tumor composition containing a gene delivery system or GCV(ganciclovir) is provided to enhance immunogenicity to tumor. CONSTITUTION: A gene delivery system for co-expression of IL-12, GM-CSF, and HSV-TK contains IL(interlukin)-12-encoding nucleotide sequence, GM-CSF(granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor)-encoding nucleotide sequence, and HSV-TK(Herpes simplex virus-thymidine kinase)-encoding nucleotide sequence. The gene delivery system is a plasmid, recombinant adenovirus, adeno-associated virus(AAV), retrovirus, lentivirus, herpes simplex virus, vaccinia virus, liposome, or niosome. An anti-tumor composition contains therapeutically effective amount of the gene delivery system and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
