PURPOSE: A guiding apparatus for recognizing AR(Augmented Reality) object and method thereof are provided to effectively and rapidly recognize object by providing AR(Augmented Reality) guide information to a user. CONSTITUTION: A control unit extracts first feature information in order to recognize objects from image information(220). The control unit compares the first feature information with second feature information(230). The control unit outputs object recognition enable notification information in case the object is able to be recognized(240, 270). The control unit analyzes an object recognition guide in case the object is not able to be recognized(250). The control unit outputs a capturing guide which is able to recognize the object(260).
