The water-heater (1) has a water tank (2) provided with a heat pump that comprises a condenser (7). A refrigerant circuit (6) comprises an inlet (8) and an outlet (9), and is traversed by refrigerant e.g. isobutane. Three channels (11) are arranged in a parallel manner, where each one of the channels is formed by a tube connected to the inlet and the outlet of the refrigerant circuit. A tube envelope (17) is located inside the tank. The channels are of same length, and are arranged in propellers along a same vertical axis (20).
