PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of environment-friendly synthetic wood is provided to embody natural wood patterns always. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of environment-friendly synthetic wood comprises: a step of mix-melting polyethylene and polypropylene which are thermoplastic resins, epoxy which is a thermosetting resin, a wood dust composition, which is a mixture of phenol, wood dust, and a wood dust binder, and a color master batch mixed in the wood dust composition; a step of extrusion-molding the mixture by a mold(17); and a step of embodying natural wood patterns on the surface of the synthetic wood by inorganic pigment contained in the color master batch. |
