<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove leakage from a connection part between a flow rate sensor pipe and a base part member. <P>SOLUTION: A flow rate sensor pipe assembly includes: a base part member 110 having first and second approximately opposite sides; a first nipple 130 demarcated by the second side of the base part member 110; an aperture 114 extended through the base part member 110 and the first nipple 130; a flow rate sensor pipe 112 having an end part inserted into the aperture 114; a filler material 120 arranged in the aperture 114 so as to surround the flow rate sensor pipe 112 adjacent to the first side of the base part member 110.
