The rail member has a stationary rail (80a) and a movable rail (80b). The stationary rail (80a) is affixed to the heat-insulated box with the stationary rail (80a) and the movable rail (80b) assembled together so that the stationary and movable rails (80a, 80b) can slide relative to each other. The movable rail (80b) has a latch member (81) with which the storage case (69) is engaged. The storage case (69) has a catch section (69b) for receiving the latch member (81) of the movable rail (80b). The refrigerator (30) is provided with a reinforcement member (82) disposed between the latch member (81) and the catch section (69b), the reinforcement member (82) maintaining the engagement between the storage case (69) and the movable rail (80b).</p>
